What areas do you service? 

We service San Francisco, Daly City, Oakland & Alameda. 

Do I need to apply flea
​medication?

Yes, we require all cats to be treated with prescription flea medication from their local veterinary hospital before any visits. Flea medication should be applied every 3-4 weeks. If we happen to visit and your cat or place has fleas there will be an additional cost ($50-$200) for us to get more treatment and to deal with the issue. We do not want to spread fleas from one household to another. 

How will I know my cat is comfortable with their sitter?

We set up a free initial meeting at your place, to see if your cat and cat sitter get along. 

Do my cats need to have their vaccinations?

No, we do not require your cats to have their vaccinations, but cats should be updated on their vaccines every year to every three years.

How long will you visit with my cat(s)?

Usually around 30 minutes per visit but we will tailor the visits to your cat's needs. This includes: Feeding, Scooping the Litter, Play Time, and Medication if necessary.

Do you board cats at your home?

No, we come to your house and care for your kitties in the safety of their own home.

What happens if my cat gets sick while I am away?

It is always good to write out an authorization for your cat sitter to bring your cat into their veterinary hospital and allow treatment for your cat if necessary.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that situations change. There is no charge if you cancel 7 days in advance. If you cancel within 7 days of your trip, we will charge you one full visit. 

It is difficult to give my cat his pill, what other options do I have?

There are great options such as an oral flavored liquid or a transdermal gel which you can rub the dose into their inner ear.
